Arizona Time limitations to file a Criminal Complaint

The defendant must appear before a magistrate within 24 hours of getting booked, or must be released.

The County Attorney has 48 hours after the Initial Appearance (excluding weekends and holidays) to file a formal complaint. If the County Attorney does not file the formal complaint within 48 hours, the defendant must be released. For all your bail bond needs, please contact Phoenix Bail Bonds. We are the original Phoenix Bail Bonds company, providing service 7 days per week, including holidays. Please call us at (602) 267-9057

POST BAIL FROM YOUR CELL PHONE

Post Bail Over the Phone!

Phoenix Bail Bonds can put most bonds together over the phone. That's right, you don't have to go to the jail to post bail and you don't have to interrupt your day's activities. We believe in the fast and easy approach to bail bonds.

Post the entire bail amount and fee by using a credit card or bank transfer. Credit card information can be taken over the phone and paperwork can be transmitted and signed via fax, email, and even text. You can also wire, or direct deposit bail to one of our bank accounts to avoid the credit card merchant fee. Zelle may also be used on smaller transactions. With so many quick and convenient options, give us a call so we can find one that's right for you!
